1. Are your classes online or physical? We are 100% online. All classes are LIVE on Google Meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 18:00 - 19:00. You can join from anywhere in South Africa. Recordings are provided if you miss a class.

2. Do I need any IT experience before joining? No. Our courses are designed for complete beginners. We start from the basics and guide you step-by-step with notes, labs and WhatsApp support

3. What certificate will I receive? You will receive an official Cisco Networking Academy Completion Certificate for every course you complete. It has your name, Cisco logo, and verification link

4. What is the full fee and do you offer a payment plan? CCNA 200-301: R1500 total (was R3500). Pay R500 x 3 months. Cybersecurity Bundle (4 Courses): R750 total (was R2500). Pay R250 x 3 months. Fee includes: live training, study notes, Packet Tracer labs, quizzes, WhatsApp support and Cisco certificate

5. When is the next intake? Cybersecurity Bundle: 2 November 2026 CCNA 200-301: 2 November 2026 You can enroll now to lock your seat. Seats are limited: 15 for CCNA, 20 for Cybersecurity
